Payments
All orders are made through (Add to Cart) just click tab under desired items. Payments go through
Paypal. You Do NOT need to open a Pay Pal account to use a credit card at check out. Afer clicking
secure check out you will have two options on the next screen. You can either use your Paypal account
or you can click on a link that says " If you do not have a Paypal account". You fill out your information
on a secure server. It is completely secure and confidential. Paypal does not give companies your credit
card number that is kept confidential.
Shipping
Once you place your order with us, we will contact you and inform you about when your order will be
shipped. Your package will be shipped via post office. In most cases, your order will be shipped within
3 business days not including weekends. We usually ship our in stock orders by Priority Mail. USPS
priority mail usually takes 2-3 days. Our online site will give you an estimated tax and shipping cost.
Trouble
If you have any problems putting items in cart or checking out check your pop up blocker. This might
prevent you from checkout.
Privacy Policy
Hijabs For You takes privacy very seriously. We respect your privacy and under no circumstances will
we sell, rent, or loan personal information about our customers to anyone for e-mail marketing.
We do ask for your email contact address to inform you of our latest offers and promotions and to give
you shipping information about your package.
Link To Us
Yes you do have permission to link to our site. It would be nice but not mandatory to let us know by
e-mail what site we are being linked to . By any means this can not be link to anything negative about
site or Muslims in any kind of way.
Return Policy
Pleasing our customers is a top priority and we strive to make sure that our store policies are fair to all
parties involved. If the situation mandates it, we reserve the right to amend the following policies on a
case by case basis. Please email us if you have any questions about this policy, or have any other
inquiries about our on line store.
As a general guideline, please be sure to inspect your order immediately upon receipt of the shipment so
that in the event of a problem, the situation can be resolved as soon as possible. Items can only be
returned if product is damaged or irregular. If an item needs to be returned, please package it properly,
and ship back to us.
When returning an item, be sure you include the following information to speed up the return process:
1.Please contact us by e-mail before you sending your return!
2.Include a copy of invoice.
3.Your name and address.
4.Reason why you are returning item and how you would like the return (i.e. refund or exchange).
We do not refund return shipping charges, therefore please use the least expensive shipping rate.
All shipping charges are non refundable except if we are directly responsible for the cause of return. If
the item is returned because it is not liked, we will not be able to refund return shipping or purchase
charge, but exchange it for another item of your choice.
Refunds are only available for merchandise received in new, unused, unwashed condition within 10 days
of delivery. There are no returns after 10 days of delivery without contact to us first. Store credit or
exchange will be issued at our discretion for items returned. Returnable Items are only Hijabs. Hijab
pins, Hair and Skin Products are non refundable.
If returned items arrive in an extremely damaged condition (i.e. box torn open and items are damaged
due to poor packaging) we may not be able to refund. If an item was intentionally mishandled we will
not be able to refund/replace. Please seal returned packages securely.
